Company Information
Victor Kiam purchased Remington Shavers in 1979. In 1986, he purchased the jewelry company, Act II.
He immediately changed the name to Lady Remington to more closely associate it with the company that, by then, had made him famous. He established a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee on all the jewelry products, similar to the guarantee he used for his electric shavers in which Victor proclaimed, "Shaves as close as a blade, or your money back!" Victor passed away in 2001 after living a very full life. In 2004, Tory took over the ownership of the company and renamed the business after his two daughters, lia and sophia.
